    Very community minded. The park owner cares about the residents. Under new management who are involved and helpful. We moved in two weeks ago and are very optimistic about this friendly park. Have met some outgoing neighbors and will meet many more as the weather improves in the spring. Sort of a first impression, but scores a 9 of 10 and we looked a number of mobile home parks in the area. Most were mediocre or downright bad ... several were okay, but snobby and overpriced. Schooner Bay Manor rated the best, so we bought here!
